**Technical Operator - Packaging**:
Function: Supply Chain - Production

Location: Manchester Brewery

Contract: Permanent

Shift Pattern: 2 days, 2 nights & 4 off

**Salary**: starting from £30,881 plus shift allowance of £9,026

Bonus available, including:

What are your responsibilities?

As a Technical Operator in our packaging function, you will:

- Be responsible for running high-speed packaging machinery efficiently and effectively.
- Actively contribute to our Zero Accident Culture by delivering high standards of cleanliness and reliability on our production plant.
- Deliver FTR (First Time Right) on quality and process.
- Help drive continuous improvement through our Total Productive Management (TPM) programme.

What does it take?

To best succeed in this role you will need to be a motivated self-starter with a lean mindset and positive attitude.You will need to be committed to teamwork and:

- Have qualifications in Maths and English
- A good understanding of IT systems
- Be comfortable working in an automated manufacturing environment.
- While not essential, previous experience in packaging (in an FMCG environment) is highly desirable.
