**Rate of Pay**:
£10.70 - £11.62 per hour

**What your job is all about**:
Co-ordinating and ensuring the despatch of finished goods to meet customer demand and carrying out all jobs in your department to a high standard.

You will also be physically able to do the job, able to follow standard operating procedures and meet performance requirements.

And you will have:

- Previous Admin Experience, preferably working in a despatch or warehouse environment
- Excellent Communication, Organisation and Attention to Detail skills

**What you will be doing**:

- Administering orders (e.g. Atlas, Sage & Front Office)
- Booking hauliers, couriers, and coordinating deliveries
- Preparing despatch notes and labels for the team leaders
- Loading and unloading lorries
- Notifying customers of any damaged, missing, or faulty goods
- Providing progress reports to management
- Following standard operating procedures, housekeeping, health and safety guidelines

**Work Times**:
The working hours will be typically based on 45 hours shift rota for full time, with the shift starting at 6am to line end, which could be between 2pm to 5pm Monday to Sunday.
