**Sales Advisor (key Holder)**

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve results.
- Drive performance and sales through great customer service, VM and people development.
- Create an environment that the team thrive in and where your customers have an excellent experience.
- Enjoy what you do and show this to your team.
- Welcomes the occasional physical nature of the varied role whilst maintaining a positive attitude, for example: Early Deliveries, Storage Room Management, Manual Handling and being on your feet for long periods of time.
- Take pride in your store and the VM standards.
- Analysing trends and being proactive with stock ordering and sales floor layout.
- Completing administrative task in a timely manner always following company policies and procedures.

**Preferred Experience**
- Computer literate and able to use all Microsoft office competently.
- Previous experience of leadership in a retail environment.
- Previous experience in a one-to-one premium sales-based environment.
- Understanding of retail KPI’s.

**Job Specifics**

Location: York Designer Outlet

Hours per Week: 24 hours (over any 5 days) This will include Weekends and Bank holidays.
