**Mobile M&E building Surveyor - Home based - National**

**The company**

Join a National contractor with a full range of Clients and Contracts nationwide.

Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites. This role is based at home Managing your own time, but youwill be doing national cover where required.

This is a Home based position where you have the potential to earn between £35-£45k P/A Salary. Working on a Standard Shift Pattern.

**The position**

Working with the FM industry on a key Government contract, establishing a positive Asset and Safety Culture, making sure the H&S and compliance are up to date and maintained.

**Could this role be for you?**
- Asset Management - updating and maintaining the CAFM database
- both Quantum and condition
- NEBOSH or similar
- Strong power BI
- STEM Qualifications M&E bias
- FM / PPM Experience (desired)
- Ability to get SC clearance
