Are you a passionate Data Analyst? And looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Data Analyst to work with their very well-established client based in Peterborough.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Data Analyst**:

- To manage/support the GMP Equalisation project including:

- Gathering and analysing data
- Reporting progress to/liaising with Administration Manager/Client Manager
- Monitoring the project plan to ensure the administration team stays on track with their tasks.
- Assisting in preparing reports to the Trustee
- Communication of underpayments and arrears with members
- Creation of dual records
- Updating records and payroll
- Assisting in other project work including supplying monthly member movement data to the employer and payroll reconciliation
- Acting as support for the Systems Manager including:

- Running periodic back-ups
- Assisting with the annual increase for retired members
- Assisting with producing the annual benefit statements
- Assisting with producing and analysing the conditional data report
- You may also be required to assist with general pension administration work as required.

**Person Specification for the Data Analyst**:

- A levels/degree would be advantageous
- Willing to study for professional exams
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Experience in pensions administration with excellent knowledge of defined benefit schemes
- Analytical and report writing skills
- Computer literate in use of office systems ie Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience of manipulating spreadsheets.

This is a full time permanent Office Administrator position, offering an annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000.
