Finance Business Partner

**About The Role**:
RAC are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to drive and take ownership of the financial performance of the Insurance Telematics, Home & Van products.

Role Purpose

As Finance Business Partner you will contribute to the provision of full and accurate financial information (both costs and revenue), alongside providing financial support, guidance, insight and challenge.- Work alongside the Pricing function to assist in full understanding of pricing decisions & the impact they will have on relevant P&L’s.- Work alongside the Head of Trading and Head of Insurer and Aggregator management to support and challenge how these factors influence performance.- Work alongside the Head of Operational Excellence to understand and challenge the operating costs including tracking and managing bad debt and write offs.- Representation of Insurance Finance function at regular 3rd party product performance meetings to support commercial decisions and ensure both organisations are aligned in their understanding of both short & medium term targets and variances to those.

Working hours are 35 hours per week across Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

This position is a hybrid role (two days on-site working - normally at our Bradley Stoke RAC Office in BRISTOL).

**Qualifications**:
We require a Finance Business Partner who is a qualified accountant and ideally holds relevant experience of insurance and/or Legal/Financial Services products.
