Delivery Centre Support Worker

As a Delivery Centre Support Worker in West Lancashire you will support the delivery of our Children and Family Wellbeing Offer in one of our four centres, making sure our centres are well presented and that our visitors get a warm and friendly welcome.
Delivery Centre Support Workers act as a point of contact for facilities and premise management issues for the centres as well as managing any room bookings and inquiries. Delivery Centre Support Workers support the running of the centres, setting up for groups and centre use.
As a Delivery Centre Support Worker you will also be responsible for inputting information on EHM, our management information system. This work includes setting up group work sessions, recording group work registers and family registrations on the system.
Delivery Centre Support Workers are part of the wider Children and Family Wellbeing team and play an important role in supporting the team and the families who access our service. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, helpful and who will take pride in the centres presentation and providing a high quality customer service experience.

This position is part time, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
