Cleaning Cover Supervisor

**The Role**:
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated **Cover Cleaning Supervisor** who is eager to grow with us and eventually take on the role of **Area Manager**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To work 2 days at our site in Sheffield **S9 1XU**and to work 2 days at an additional site in Wakefield **WF2 8EF,**on the 5th day you would be scheduled to visit an alternative practice (This could be based in any location stated above)
- When you're scheduled to visit an alternative practice, this could be to provide support, carry out an audit, to drop off stock, provide cover or another designated task.
- **Cover Cleaning**:

- You will provide cover for cleaning staff absences across multiple locations, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- If you were to provide cover at another practice, you would not be expected to provide the scheduled cleaning at Sheffield, Wakefield or visit alternate sites, your rota would be altered to reflect this.

**When Not Cleaning/Cover cleaning**:

- Deliver cleaning supplies to sites and manage/ monitor stock levels across all premises to ensure supplies are adequately maintained.
- Conduct site audits to monitor cleaning standards and report findings.
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff.
- Perform light cleaning or ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Support administrative tasks, such as compiling reports.
- Work efficiently and professionally in various environments, including healthcare settings and offices.
- Support, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a positive working environment.
- Liaise with clients to address feedback, report issues, and resolve any hazards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and CQC requirements (training provided).

**Future Opportunities**:
This role is the stepping stone to becoming our **Area Manager**, with responsibilities expanding to include additional sites (To be discussed and confirmed)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Supervisory or team leader experience (essential).
- Cleaning experience (advantageous).
- Knowledge of CQC standards (preferred, but training provided).
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle essential **- (mileage paid, to be discussed).**:

- A proactive, professional attitude with a desire to grow with the company.
