Thermal designs are a leading directly coated fire protection specialist. We are looking for a self-motivated, adaptable and reliable production operator. To work with our team in Market Lavington (Devizes) factory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working through day to day jobs as directed by the production supervisor, and in accordance with the production plan.
- Adhering to Quality standards, internal and customer issued
- Inspecting work.
- Maintain a safe working environment
- High precision sanding
- Accurate Shot blasting of customer engineered products
- Conducting procedural tests on production products
- Responsible for understanding and using all test equipment, test fixtures and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining high quality standards and workmanship.
- Working within a safe environment, highlighting any incidents or concerns to the production supervisor.
- Supporting all production-related activities to ensure customer expectations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Experience of sanding & finishing
- Ability to follow work schedules and plans
- Understanding of technical drawings
- Use of hand tools (drill, orbital sanders E.C.T)
- Use of PPE

**Hours**:

- Monday - Thursday 6:00 - 16:30
- Friday not worked
