Your role will involve delivering fun, lighthearted comedy that resonates with an older audience and brings residents together in laughter and camaraderie. Our ideal comedian has experience performing in a range of settings and knows how to tailor their act to suit a unique audience.

**Role and Responsibilities**

Perform engaging, accessible comedy routines tailored to older adults

Design and tailor sessions that meet the needs of the participants

Encourage resident participation and interaction to enhance the experience

Adapt material to suit a diverse audience in a respectful, inclusive manner

Bring positivity, professionalism, and reliability to each performance

**Training and Development**

We offer training to help you tailor activities for vulnerable audiences, along with ongoing development opportunities to refine your skills and enhance your impact.
