**Logistics Bar Member ** - Music Concerts / Major Sporting Events
**In line with licensing regulations, applicants must be aged 18 or over.**
**Who are we?**
Shack Events is a family-run business that runs bars all over the country at some of the UK’s most prestigious sporting venues. We like to do things a bit differently by having fun, working hard, engaging with the customers is the thing that makes us tick. We are looking for fun-loving staff to join our team.
**Where will you be working?**
- Main Base will be Wembley Stadium & London Stadium
- Due to working at football stadiums we have events all year round, however in the summer, we get incredibly busy with large sporting events and concerts. We are looking for keen individuals who have large amounts of availability throughout the months March-September, with work in all other months too.
**Other venues include**:
- Emirates Stadium
- Craven Cottage
- Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium
- Tottenham Stadium
- Lords Cricket Ground
These venues require fewer logistics in the winter months, but we will still have some available shifts for bar work.
**What does the job entail?**
- Heavy Lifting is a large part of the job, moving kegs and bar units around
- Pre and post-event day set up, which includes distribution and setting up the bars to be ready for service
- Stock rotation and tracking
- Being on hand on event day to help sort any issues with equipment or stock. You will be trained in all areas by our logistics and operations supervisor
- Working closely within a small group to help execute the events to the highest standard
- You will also be expected to work on the bars too at smaller events during the winter months, this will allow you to get more hours throughout the winter when there is less need for a logístical role on event days. However, we will still have set up days.
- Please note - your trial shift will be working on a bar, so you are able to learn and see the basics of what we do as a company
