**Role Description**:
LV=GI have a new opportunity for a MD Office Assistant covering our offices in London As the Office Assistant you’ll support the MD Office through the efficient and effective administration of the department. Main responsibility supporting the Senior PA with additional tasks where required for the Executive Assistant & Business Manager.

**About you**:

- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to ensure that work is prioritised appropriately, deadlines are met and key stakeholders are kept suitably updated.
- Able to work at pace whilst maintaining a professional and high level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst working on a number of tasks simultaneously.
- Expense experience with Concur preferred.
- Able to work on own initiative, actively identifying and delivering solutions to problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a sincere interest in people and can respond empathetically.
- Knowledge of Financial Services would be advantageous.
- Diary management skills preferred would be advantageous.
- Minute-taking not required but experience in expected for potential cover.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage the organisation & submission of all AZP MD expenses.
- Effective monitoring and maintenance of team budgets through experienced purchase order management; ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Ensure that regulatory requirements are met by maintaining the AZP MD external Gifts & Entertainment log.
- Support the management of AZP MD Events; liaising with Az Group to send invites & manage guest responses.
- Management of an international travel tracker; ensuring all appropriate documentation is updated in a timely manner.
- Responsible for providing up to date and accurate business performance measures to MD BM for various purposes including presentations and board papers.
- Support MD BM as required with preparation for various Tier 1 & 2 Committees including co-ordinating papers for submission, collating updates on actions due, ensuring deadlines are understood and met and papers are up to standard.
- Organise any necessary arrangements for MD Office visitors; arranging the necessary access, security passes, parking, and anything else required to ensure a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the AZP Leadership Team to ensure good flow of information and effective workload management.
- Support as required for any additional ad-hoc responsibilities required by MD PA and BM (e.g. travel bookings & holiday cover).
