As a **HSS Team Administrator **at HS2 you will be responsible for providing support to HS2 staff enrolling on the HS2 staff element of HSPS and act as a point of contact for user issues and liaison with the HSPS system provider.
Other areas core to the role are administration of the DSE process, provision of support to the Health Exposure Monitoring System and administration of the PPE ordering and distribution process.
The role will also support any additional systems that come online during the life of the HS2 Programme in Technical Services Directorate.
**About the role**
- Central point of contact for the Technical Services systems and key contact for any enquiries/user issues around the system acting as a first port of call.
- Liaising with key stakeholders on the implementation of the system looking at all the custom fields, skill matrix configuration and system usage requirements engaging the appropriate individuals in the business as and when required.
- Responsible for liaising internally to configure Business Intelligence reporting and general reporting requirements.
- Responsible for setting up and configuring the registration calendar, if required
- Responsible for and oversees the hardware enrolment kit onsite, including provision of consumables for the kiosks.
- Manages the training qualifications, custom fields, and custom workflows on the system for HS2 staff on the system.
- Manages the skills matrix changes within HS2 Health and Safety Passport System in line with internal HS2 requirements
- Promotes system adoption and utilisation by HS2 staff.
- Manages the change process internally.
- Administer the DSE process to ensure employees requiring next line support are directed to the appropriate next step.
- Monitor the DSE inbox as a first point of contact and ensure enquiries are signposted to the appropriate next steps.
- Administer the ordering and distribution of PPE.
- Provision of support with the Health Exposure Monitoring System.

**About You**:

- Problem solving - uses rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions; probes all relevant sources for answers.

- IT proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Experience of administering databases and being involved in continual improvements.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders on a given project.
