**What is the purpose of this role**:
**This role works within our Collections team. The role of a CA is fast paced and varied, so if you’re looking for a job that will keep you on your toes, keep reading**
**You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will strive to deliver a great customer service experience for everyone you speak to. You will need to take ownership of each situation, asking the relevant questions and come to a resolutionthat leaves the customer feeling that they have been heard and supported in the best way possible.**
**What we are looking for**:
**Previous experience isn’t necessary, all we ask is that you are;.**:

- Reliable, proactive, independent, confident, adaptable and thrive in taking accountability to get things done.
- Able to use IT specifically MS office, but we will train you on the other systems we use.
- Great at delivery customer service by being at ease talking to customers on the phone and the ability to listen to their needs.

**What’s in it for you? (the important stuff)**:
Salary starts at £21,350 per annum pre rata 20 hours a week, with a performance salary progression after 12 months and 24 days holiday - increasing to 28 with length of service
- Hybrid working on completion of your probation period - allowing you to work from home for over half of your shifts.
- This is a part time role 20 hours a week, 4pm - 8pm Monday to Friday
