**Finance Director needed for PE backed Technology business in Berkshire**

**£90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Equity**

Stanton House is exclusively partnering with a dynamic technology business, going through an exciting phase of growth, who are looking to appoint a Finance Director to lead all matters finance as an active board member. You will have full ownership of ensuringall accounting, financial reporting, statutory reporting and corporate finance activities are completed on time and in line to statutory requirements. You will also lead on all M&A and pricing activities, as well as play a crucial role in the strategic directionand growth of the business. This role would be well suited to a chartered accountant with a number of years post qualification experience of working for a PE business, ideally within the Technology sector, who is now seeking a number one role in Finance.

**To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have**:

- A Finance qualification - ideally ACA qualified
- Strong accounting and financial control background
- Experience of working for a PE backed business, ideally within the Technology sector
- M&A experience
- Technical expertise around statutory policies and tax
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong leadership experience and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent attention to detail

**A little more information about the role**:

- Leading, developing and coaching a small Finance Team
- Ownership of all financial reporting & accounting, including month end close process, balance sheet reviews, reporting on recurring revenue and other key KPIs
- Running the monthly Board reporting
- Introduction and continued development of KPI's across the whole business
- Leading strategic finance projects including M&A activity;identification, assessment and leading all M&A activity
- Management of Contracts Manager, third party HR and IT providers
- Audit & statutory reporting, VAT & Tax and compliance
