We are looking for a finance analyst to come and join our well established Management Office team in our ADS sector.

In this role you will take responsibility for the provision of financial support activities on behalf of the Account and in support of the Finance Manager. You will collaborate with project managers, the finance manager and clients to fulfil key responsibilitiesand deliver best practice for the Account.
**What you'll be doing**:

- Compile financial information in preparation of Client invoicing
- Review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Own and deliver the end to end project invoicing process within the Account, liaising with the Project Management and Client finance community.
- Purchase order tracking and approval
- Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to account teams, vendors and clients
- Review the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems
- Reconciliation of Portal Invoicing, resolving issues, updating ERP system
- Month End order reconciliation
- Support Finance manager at monthly Project Finance reviews
- Provision of financial data as requested, including;
- End of project financial information
- Booked time reports

**What you’ll bring**:

- Recognised professional accounting qualification or equivalent - or working towards completion
- Ability to communicate complex financial processes and issues to non-finance communities
- Understanding of ERP systems and complex accounting and internal control environments
- Ability to develop policies
