This role:
A co-pilot with senior decision makers across insights, brand, innovation, R&D in the creation of value through new product and service propositions.
You will oversee a team to deliver a new workstream that provides rapid access to end user audiences to iteratively develop NPD within the stimulation category. The team will execute a series of rapid insight engagements, to provide human insights to inform the product development cycle and guide innovation strategy. These engagements could take the form of a quick qualitative forum, an immersive ethnography with end users, or iterative quali / quant prototype assessment and development. The insights gleaned will help our client launch game changing new products that redefine the category and deliver commercial advantage

- ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Know Your Specialism
- An innovation expert, with a proven track record of developing (or supporting the development) of human centric innovation
- Leverages deep Kantar innovation knowledge to take the best of Kantar to address specific client’s needs
- Data agnostic knowledge base, comfortable working with and blending different types of data to tell powerful client stories
- Client Leadership
- Owns & leads our Innovation Lab programme
- Builds long term trusted client partnerships, with Insights and R&D, with on-site presence
- Stewardship of projects, ensuring high impact with clients at the critical points throughout the project and quality of delivery within budget and timescales - not day to day project management
- Oversees the creation and delivery of powerful insights to support and shape the clients innovation strategy and tactical plans
- Proactively seeks out client feedback & implements strategies that will drive improved client relationships
- Commercial Leadership
- Delivering against net sales/gross margin target per annum through the powerful execution of this programme of work
- Looks to expand the scope of the programme by accessing new budget holders and buying points
- People Leadership
- A role model for driving change and transformation; influences others to create a relentless pursuit of industry leading change
