Support Worker - Band 3

Liaison and Diversion Service - Mental Health - Permanent Position

You will work alongside key stakeholders such as the Police, Magistrates and the Probation services, with direct supervision by a Band 6 Practitioner

**Outreach service hours**: 08:30 to 4:30pm - Monday to Friday

You will support the Practitioner with assessment and support of vulnerable people that come through the criminal justice system. Providing short term ongoing support in the community, to ensure they are able to access further support needed on discharge.
