**About the role**

**We are looking for Domiciliary Carers and Healthcare Assistants to join our remarkable Care Professionals team at Advinia Homecare.**

**Our excellent team spends every day making a difference and improving the quality of people’s lives at home and in the local community.**

**Flexible shifts to suit you between the hours of 7am and 10pm.**

**Enhanced rate of pay for weekend work.**

**As a Home Care Assistant, the work varies dependent on each person’s individual needs and plan of care but can include**:

- **Assist someone get ready for their day by helping with personal care such as; toileting, washing and dressing, medication administration and meal preparation**
- **To provide light general household domestic duties, including housework and laundry, as detailed in the care plan or instructed by Management**
- **Support with an outing to the local community or attend an appointment**
- **Assisting with bedtime routines by carrying out personal care and assisting with moving and handling**
- **To maintain good communication and develop effective working relationships with Clients**
- **To provide companionship to the Client, actively talking and listening to them about their interests.**
