We are looking for Skilled Operatives to work on the Network Rail Civils Framework, on reactive works.

**Your Responsibilities**:
As a Skilled Operative at CML you will always work in a safe manner following appropriate procedures and instructions at all times.

You will work on the Civils Framework for Network Rail undertaking railway maintenance work including but not limited to brickwork, fencing, vegetation clearance, drainage, concreting, signage, culvert works.

You will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles materials, tools and plant equipment under your control are fit for use and are used, stored & disposed of correctly and any defects are reported immediately to H&S and / or your Manager.

Teamwork is key in delivering our works effectively, therefore when you aren’t required to use your daily skills / trades on the job, you will be expected to undertake other reasonable duties to ensure collaboration in meeting deadlines.

**Person Specification**:
Experience of the framework and multi-disciplinary activities on site and appreciation of associated risks. Experience and competence of multiple tickets such as PTS, PASMA, Working in Water, Chainsaw, brushcutter/hedgetrimmer, confined space etc is desirable

Advantageous qualifications: COSS, SSSTS, SMSTS, Temporary works supervisor/coordinator, First Aid, Bricklaying NVQ
