Part Time Sales Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage all reservations bookings for 2 hotels and 2 restaurants, ensuring the reservations are taken correctly.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback, aiming for timely and positive resolutions.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the hotel to ensure smooth communication..
- Handle group bookings, room blocks, and event logistics, working closely with the front of house team.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
- Monitor occupancy rates, peak seasons, and trends to adjust sales strategies in line with market demand.
- Communicate with front desk, housekeeping, Kitchen, and event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is highly desirable.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
