**Role and Responsibilities**
- Oversea production, labour and stock control.
- Supervise a team of multiskilled operatives by task allocation and monitoring performance.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of materials such as bales.
- Reporting defects and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
- Monitor staff and report finding to thew Yard Supervisor.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the yard.

**Essential Criteria and Qualifications**
- Counterbalance licence.
- Experience of supervising a team.

**Hours of Work**
- The shift pattern is 5:45pm to 6:15am with 4 on 4 off shifts.

Pay: £15.64 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
