SEN Teaching Assistant - Wood Green

I am currently recruiting an energetic, dedicated, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a popular Primary school in Wood Green, Haringey, North London.
- Learning Support Assistant
- Working in a Primary school in Haringey
- Supporting pupils with ASC/ Autism, Mild to Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Available for full-time (Monday to Friday); term time only
- Providing creative and fun learning environments
- Working hours are 8:30am until 16:00pm
- £70 - £85 per day; weekly payment
- Have a positive mindset, flexible approach, and a can-do attitude

As a Learning Support, you will be supporting students with ASC/ Autism, Mild to Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and/or Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). Some of the students will communicate non-verbally, so being able to use Makaton or PECs willbe ideal. You must be comfortable with personal care (feeding and toileting). As a Learning Support, you will work closely with other staff members and the multidisciplinary therapy team. Recent experience and a genuine passion for working with SEN pupilsare essential. All applicants will need to hold a current enhanced DBS and be fully compliant to work in the UK.
