**Spare Parts Coordinator**

You will take orders through the full lifecycle from quotation through to shipping. The company have a dynamic team that ship spare parts across the world, both direct to the customer and through a team of dedicated service engineers who attend sites forinstallation and commissioning work.

**Role Requirements**
- Well experienced in administrative roles with specific focus on working independently whilst maintaining the ability to work as a member of the team
- Stock taking/control knowledge
- Operational warehouse experience beneficial
- Engineering knowledge beneficial but not essential
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
- Organised and able to work on own initiative
- Effective communication
- Ability to execute manual handling in a safe manner

**Role Responsibilities**
- Quoting orders to customers
- Progressing orders to sales
- Packaging of items
- Arranging couriers using an online portal
- Updating internal stock systems
- Working to tight deadlines
- Communicating key information to our operational team
- Organisation of our stores stock including stock rotation
- Handling customer returns
