Job Description**
The Role of a Care Professional**

Care Professionals support clients in the community to live and remain in their own home - where they feel more comfortable. Due to the nature of the role in the community you must be willing to travel around Doncaster and commit to working a combination of the following shift times 7am - 2.30pm and 3.45pm - 9.45pm including alternative weekends and bank holidays.
**You will support clients with**:

- Personal care tasks
- Medication
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Shopping
- General companionship and wellbeing

**Requirements**:

- Full UK Driving License & access to vehicle
- Experience in care not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
