**Job title**: Systems & Operations Support

**Location**: Warwick/Remote - Hybrid basis: 1 or 2 days a week in the office

**Contract length**: 6 months (Likely to be extended)

**Pay rate**: £23 per hour PAYE

The role owner is responsible for the administration of the AGT systems and solutions, supporting AGT’s internal and external stakeholders. The role owner will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot systems access and permissions, act as first level of support for customer’s IT-related access issues, and coordinate their resolution.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor the availability of the underlying systems, notify and act when a system has an issue.
Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers’ system access
Collaborate with the broader engineering community to ensure the systems’ configuration and permissions are aligned with the business needs and policies
Ensure that the information store in the underlying systems is up to date and maintained as per procedures
Assist the engineering team with the resolution of process/information errors within the underlying systems.
Maintain and report access permission for the shared locations and systems

**Key Skills/Experience**:
Previous experience in managing/maintaining systems
Previous IT Support/Service Desk experience is advantageous
Ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience and certifications
Customer focused and previously worked in a customer facing environment
Previous experience working with SharePoint and Salesforce
Be precise and detail oriented in all work
