New advertising startup Advertual are looking for a core member of the team to come in right at the begining. Due to the nature of this being a brand new business we are looking for someone multi skilled who is able to manage and complete a variety of tasks with the potential to grow into a management postion as the company expands.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
- Manage the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Have an understanding of paid advertising primarily Google and Facebook and be confident in implementing accordingly.
- Have the capability to construct and manage websites as this will play a key part of the role.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
