As a Lead Generator at The Kitchen Depot, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by connecting with potential customers and introducing them to our extensive range of kitchen products and services. Your welcoming personality and enthusiasm for our offerings will be key in creating lasting impressions and generating interest.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with visitors in the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored approach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for converting leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively engage customers.
- Participate in showroom events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales is an advantage but not essential.
- A genuine interest in kitchens and home improvement is a plus.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
