Park Warden

RoyaleResorts are part a rapid growing company which is one of the largest providers of residential and holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.

We are now looking for a Park Warden to join our existing team at Oathill Farm in Somerset.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining existing and forthcoming Park facilities e.g., fencing, utilities etc.
- Assisting with renovation or redecoration projects
- Supporting onsite Contractors when necessary
- Taking direction from the General Manger with regards to requests from guests
- The upkeep of all park and grounds including the surrounding area of the fishing lake
- Checking the lodges are presentable for our guests e.g., emptying bins, clearing dirty linen, and replacing if needed and solving all maintenance jobs
- Maintenance of all on-site equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, tools etc)

Experience in a similar role and drivers license is highly desirable.

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
