**Business Readiness & Deployment Coordinator - 2 Year Fixed Term contract**

This means we are going through one of the biggest retail transformation programmes that the world has ever seen ‘Future' is the name for the programme that will see Asda create their new operating model, independent from Walmart.

The Business Readiness and Deployment Coordinator will support the successful deployment of business change as we land our Future program.

**Your Role**
- Maintain the deployment plans, working with functional teams to understand key timelines and change moments by audience groups and sites
- Create insight and visualisations of deployment plans to support understanding change capacity
- Use the deployment plans and change impact assessments to be an advocate for the audience groups and identify deployment opportunities, and capability for change
- Actively collaborate with the change team in communicating deployment timelines, approaches, status and achievements, and understanding Colleague impacts
- Support the creation of status, risks, issues and dependencies of all relevant deployments; primarily with Tower level governance and effectively escalating where necessary to programme level governance
- Planning right to left; maintain the business readiness deliverables appropriate to the programme/project
- Validate critical and high criticality actions from the Business Readiness Checklist, and support tower leadership and central program management reduce business risk
- Assist the day-14 stage gate process for Business Readiness and last milestone planning to ensure successful change deployment
- Assist the day-2 Go/No Go process for your Business Areas, and produce detailed risk analysis to support decision making
- Support the Business Program Leads deciding the correct post-deployment measurement metrics
- Analyse business change effectiveness post deployment to understand further delivery risk and change success
- Support automation of plans to improve central business efficiency

**About You**
- Ability to work in an agile environment and deal with complexity and ambiguity
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Able to connect the dots and see the bigger picture
- Competent Microsoft office knowledge
- Power BI experience preferred but not essential
