We are looking to recruit an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to support one of our largest Social Housing partners on a permanent basis.

You will supervise a small team of Grounds Operatives around the London, Greater London, and Home Counties areas (including SW London, W London/Middlesex, NW London, touching on parts of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

You will be responsible for ensuring all professional Grounds services are delivered to a high standard, including Lawn/Grass Cutting, Leaf Collection, Weeding, Pruning, Hedge Trimming, Blowing, Rubbish/Waste disposal, etc

**Core Responsibilities**
- To supervise a number of grounds maintenance operators to achieve the highest level of maintenance service to the client
- Work closely with the Contracts Manager
- To effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system
- Ensure works are delivered to the required standards and in accordance with the set specification
- To represent the business and meet client representatives on sites

**What are we looking for?**
- Full UK Driving Licence (Company Vehicle is provided)
- Able to be mobile and drive to various sites around the South East (as required)
- Experience in Grounds and Petrol-Powered tools
- Team Leadership / Supervisory experience
