We are looking for a Retail Team leader that will become an integral part of our team. While there, you will sell and manage orders, provide customer service, and help customers shop while supporting the company’s sales goals. We offer a great work environment with lots of responsibility but also with lots of fun

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with store managers to ensure sales goals are met through excellent customer service and sales practices.
- directly supervises and coordinates the activities of sales and related workers.
- Establishes and monitors work schedules to meet sales and productivity targets
- Deliver orders to customers while supporting the team in other tasks as needed (cooking orders, placing orders when and where required etc.)
- Communicate customer feedback to management and other staff members in a professional manner. Help resolve customer issues when they arise.

**Requirements**:
1) High school diploma or GED required (GED equivalent). Bachelor's degree preferred or interest in pursuing it upon graduation.
2) At least 1 year of experience working in retail sales.
3) Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently throughout shift (preferred but not always required). Must be able to stand/walk continuously throughout shift with reasonable accomodations.

**Salary**: £27,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Exeter: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
