As a Retail Supervisor with us, you will play a vital role in managing store operations and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. This position is key to driving sales and ensuring that our store meets its performance targets while maintaining a positive shopping environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily retail operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within retail or similar environments.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent team management capabilities, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
- Solid understanding of sales management principles and retail operations.
- Organizational skills to maintain efficient store processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.41 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
