We have a preferred visit time of one hour and we match and personally introduce our Care Assistants to their clients. Continuity is important, so you and your clients get to know each other We always allow sufficient time to include travel to ensure both our clients and Care Assistants are valued and respected.

**How will you make a difference every day?**

You will be able to add real value to the lives of vulnerable adults who rely heavily on our services and caring nature of our people. As a care assistant you will provide our wonderful clients with:

- Companionship & trips into the community
- Personal care
- Daily meals & medication support
- Safe moving and handling
- Monitoring of mental health and wellbeing.

We are looking for Care Assistants who can work **Working a flexible shift pattern of either 7am until 2pm or 2pm until 10pm and alternate weekends, full or part time in Braintree, Uttlesford and surrounding areas.**

**Requirements**:
**You must be a driver** as you’ll be visiting our clients in their own homes, therefore you must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

**Must have** the Right to Work in the UK and live locally to the area.
