**About You**

We are looking for an experienced Factory Operative to join our friendly team. You will be focusing primarily on packing operations and support in ensuring the efficient packaging and dispatch of our products while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Role Requirements**
- Participate in all aspects of manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Pack and label finished products for dispatch.
- Ensure excellent manufacturing practices, using safe methods to ensure a safe, healthy, and hygienic workplace.
- Follow correct procedures to always ensure food safety.
- Responsible in your work area and the plant, ensuring good cleanliness and organisation.
- Ensure products meet quality standards.
- Assist in other departments as required.

- Experience of working in a food production factory is essential.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks when required.
- Flexible approach to working as part of a team or using your own initiative.
- Have a 'can do' mentality with the ability to problem solve.
- Honest with high level of integrity

S**alary and Rewards**

28 days annual leave (including public holidays)

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 6am to 2pm. Full Time.

**Location**: Malton, North Yorkshire.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
