**ACTURIS SYSTEMS ANALYST - MAJOR GLOBAL INSURANCE BROKER - PERM - HYBRID/SUSSEX WORKING**

You will be working within a team that supports and maintains the primary software used across the businesses system landscape. As a system SME you will be working with a number stakeholders to resolve issues, gather user requirements to ensure the systemcan be configured to be effective for the needs of each user group, and liaising with third party suppliers and IT to resolve issues and defects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who already has experience using **Acturis** either as a user, or from a technical support perspective.

Your duties as an Acturis Systems Analyst will include:

- To act as direct support to relevant stakeholders in the management of business as usual across the company's system landscape
- Working within the operations team to maintain core systems providing BAU support, MI reporting and problem resolution
- Understand the system landscape and provide the first line support to business units resolving issues directly or liaising with third party suppliers/internal IT to raise and manage defect resolution
- Work closely with the internal change management team and any third party suppliers to undertake releases to production
- Management of business as usual queries raised and providing performance MI to the Operations and wider business units

**The Successful Acturis Systems Analyst**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a systems analyst with experience working with Acturis, or other insurance software houses, although other similar systems (eg claims) will be considered, to join a growing team, and support an exclusive user base withina leading brand of one of the world's leading insurance broking organisations.

You will be driven and able to handle delivery challenges such as budgets and timeframes, be focused on continuous improvement of the platform, and be able to work within a regulated environment, ideally having some knowledge of FCA and London Market regulations.

Communication skills are imperative, as is a meticulous attention to detail and ability to translate technical user requirements into formal, structured testing scenarios.
