**The Role**

We are looking for a motivated Test and Validation Team Leader to design, source, implement and support systems for the generation, collation and reporting of test information. Ensure that implemented processes and reported information are sufficient to meet required internal and international processes and standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and organisation of team activities in support of a matrix project organisation
- Capacity and budget planning
- Allocation and coordination of resources to meet project requirements
- Coordinate with other functional organizations to prioritise objectives
- Follow Engineering change management and product release processes
- Management and Development of staff including training plans and career development
- Find and support business development opportunities to enable the growth of the non-automotive based services and products
**Requirements**:

- Personal initiative and willingness to take ownership of a project; ability to work with mínimal direction, yet knowing when to seek advice and consultation
- Demonstrated project management capability
- Proven people management skills
- Technical understanding of test activities across hardware and software
- Capable of working effectively with diverse engineering and manufacturing team members across multiple global locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
