**Location**:Chapelhouse Southport

**Salary**:£11.44 per hour

**Job Type**:Permanent

**Working Pattern**:Wednesday - Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm. This equates to (12 hours per week)

**Role Requirements**
- Answering all incoming calls into the dealership in a pleasant and capable manner.
- Connecting calls efficiently and quickly to the correct department.
- Taking messages when unable to connect the caller and passing on these messages as soon as possible.
- Being the first point of call for customers
- Dealing with customers in the dealership courteously and efficiently.
- To complete any other Admin work or duties with 100% accuracy.
- This role requires someone with experience of operating a busy switchboard.
