Civils Operative

TQR are proud to be working alongside a well-established drainage and civil engineering company that has been successfully operating for over 30 years in the South-West region. With a growing portfolio of clients and multiple long-term contracts, they are experiencing exponential growth and are looking for Civil Operatives to join their family-owned business.
**The Role**:
Our client are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed individuals to work as part of a civils team to carry out drainage repairs and installations. As an operative, you will be led by a ganger and will be working from 0700 - 1700 and would be expected to be part of the on-call rota.
Looking for those with experience in utility work, preferably in sewer repairs and maintenance.

**Requirements**:
- Full valid UK driving license
- CSCS card
- Experience in excavations by hand and with machines including deep excavations - desirable
- Have experience in street works and excavating - desirable
- Experience in Manual handling, Abrasive wheels, use of Cat & Genny - desirable
