Our client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager

**Client Details**

A leading industry firm

**Description**
- Some marketing tasks - helping with the marketing strategy
- Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management
- Maintain the upkeep of the workshop and maintain stock levels of consumables
- Oversee the recruitment of key engineering staff, including induction and training
- Responsible for VIP & Visitor calendar / organisation
- Be part of the company's 6S team
- Organising company / staff logistics
- Be part of facility management team
- Follow key documentation standards and in-house style guides
- Produce external literature with the PR team for dissemination
- Be meticulous in administrative duties, documentation, and document standards
- Make a continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively
- Assist in controlling company project management software
- Provide PA duties to managers
- Set up meetings / take minutes / organise follow ups
- Support the Engineering Procurement team (Supply Operations)
- Be part of a dynamic and fast paced team that is putting the UK back into space

**Profile**
- 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Some marketing duties
- Knowledge of administration processes and practices
- Ability to provide high quality documentation with an excellent attention to detail
- Experience in and ability to be responsible for many Engineering Department functions and operations
- Must be able to set goals, prioritize multiple objectives with various deadlines and independently manage documentation projects
- Able to work and embed themselves into the various teams and projects to understand products and services
- Experience working with project management software / approaches (PRINCE2 is company used approach)
