Accounts Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Support month-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients regarding account queries.
- Assist with payroll processing as required.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role is desirable but not essential; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
