**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious sandwiches while ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. You will play a vital part in our restaurant operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for our customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling additional items when appropriate.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, conducting regular inventory checks.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organised, including equipment and work surfaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards.
**Skills**
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and measurements accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to help customers with their choices and provide excellent service at all times.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
