**Sales Assistant (At least 4 full days a week, Mon-Sat)**

Due to budget increase and client expansion, Proactive Marketing can now grow their team of 35 sales assistants to 50 sales assistants over the next 2-3 months. They are an award-winning marketing and customer acquisition brand, and they are looking for the next generation of sales assistants to represent their clients. After undergoing expansion in February, they have experienced nothing but a higher demand for sales assistants from their clients and partners to perform in their respective field of residential based marketing campaigns. This means they can take on more sales assistants to join their successful team

**The ideal Sales Assistant will**:

- Have strong communication skills
- Be self-motivated
- Possess an impeccable work ethic
- Have a can-do attitude
- Possess a competitive sales mentality
- Have a persistent approach to personal development
- Be eager to share and learn
- Have an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Have previous experience working as a sales assistant (desirable but not required)
- Be willing to work a minimum of 4 days a week
- Have full work permit or the right to work more than 20 hours a week in the UK
