We are looking for a driven, career focussed Business Administration Apprentice to work within our family run electrical business in Ringwood.

**You need to be able to commute easily to BH24 for this role**

You will provide administrative support for our work on a large number of industrial, commercial and residential projects.

Do you have great IT and communication skills with great attention to detail and a desire to learn new skills and develop a career within a friendly, well established business?

We have immediate starts available. You will complete an Advanced Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship over 18 months alongside your administartion role. All training will be given on the job and online with your tutor. You will be supported throughout to ensure you succeed within the role.

**A Typical working week will include**:
Answering Phones

Processing supplier invoices

Preparing sales invoices

Providing Daily Updates to Business Owner

Reconciling Accounts

General Office Duties

Scheduling Client Appointments

Liaising with Operations Dept

Accept deliveries.

Great Visitors ; Make Tea/Coffee etc.

**Skills and quals**:
GCSE Maths and English min Grade 4/C - essential

Can do attitude

Great team player

IT skills

**Future opportunities**:
We are a fast-growing company, and are building structure as we go, there are possibilities In the future for both senior finance roles and PA to the Managing Director if you wish to progress your career with us.

**Working hours**:
**Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm**

**Wage £8/hour**

This is an Advanced Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship role. The minimum wage for apprentices is £6.40/hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From £8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
