Assistant or Technical Co-ordinator - Witham, Essex

Persimmon Homes Essex has a vacancy for a Technical Co-ordinator to join their successful and growing team. This role will be based in the regional office in Witham, Essex. Ideally we are seeking a proven Assistant Coordinator or Technical Assistant that wants to further their career.

As a Technical Co-ordinator you will be an integral part of the Technical department, overseeing external Architectural and Engineering Consultants, involving the project management and administration of all design and technical matters for various residential projects. You will be reporting to the Head of Technical. They will support you and develop you in the way Persimmon operate and give you clear objectives. You will need to be adaptable and strong in your management approach with a consistent approach to managing external consultants.
