**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Researching and identifying properties in targeted goldmine areas within Birmingham that align with our investment criteria for STR and SA.

- Analyzing market trends, demand-supply dynamics, and other factors to establish and recommend areas with high potential.
- Building and nurturing relationships with agents and landlords, effectively negotiating offers and terms to secure the most favorable deals for our company and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a letting agent or in a similar role within the Birmingham real estate market.
- In-depth knowledge of Birmingham's property market, trends, and various neighborhoods.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful deal closures.
- Ability to work independently, with a self-driven and proactive approach to sourcing profitable property deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving set targets.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
