Rehabilitation Support Worker

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers support service users to regain their skills, confidence and independence with the aim to return home or to more independent living. The Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. The role will involve some personal care depending on the needs of the people in the service.

We provide full, in-depth training and mentoring so we're happy to consider individuals from all backgrounds and levels of experience. What we are looking for is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, who love working in a positive creative team.

Part time and full time positions are available. As we are a 24 hr environment the shifts cover evening and weekend work.
