**About the Role & the Team**
Are you a reliable and committed Draughtsman who is able to use both Solid Works and Inventor
This Draughtsman role will provide an opportunity to support the Project Engineering team to convert 3D models from Solid Works into 3D models in Inventor and create manufacturing drawings to pass to fabricators.
This role will be based in the Doncaster Office.
**Role Overview**
- This role will be required to convert 3D models from Solid Works to 3D models in Inventor
- Produce and update drawings that are suitable for manufacturing and installation purposes using AutoCAD
- Liaise with other members of the team to achieve a coordinated engineering solution that meets the defined objectives
- Ensure that quality and consistency of output (drawings models etc.) is always maintained

**About You**
**Our Ideal Person**
**Essential**
- Understanding of the design process, and its associated documentation
- Extensive knowledge of drafting standards and technical drawing
- Working with 3D drawing software: Solid Works and Inventor
- Working with 2D drawing software: AutoCAD
- Positive attitude to work
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Has experience in a manufacturing background
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills
- **Ownership**: You look after tasks, queries, and problems and take responsibility from start to finish, ensuring a great service
- **Resilience**: You are able to recover from setbacks quickly, and are able to thrive within a fast paced, busy environment
