People Hub Coordinator
We have a newly created people hub co-ordinator role in our people hub; this role will support entire people function by being the first point of contact for all people team related enquiries.
**What you’ll be doing**
Ultimately you’ll be responding to queries on our case management system, Service Now, and will be responsible for a number of people related administration tasks that take place throughout the employee lifecycle, in a nutshell, this is everything from new starters through to leavers and everything in between.
You may be required to support other people teams with their coordination on occasion.
**About you**
Ideally, you’ll come with some strong administration experience, knowing the importance of organising your tasks and responding to queries in a timely manner. You’ll have experience working in a people / HR related field and will be either working towards or hold your CIPD Level 3.
We are on a journey to centralise our point of contact for the business, we use an internal case management system which we will provide full training on, but it would be handy if you were comfortable learning new systems as we are constantly evolving our service.
The role is flexible, you can work from home, one of our hubs, the coffee shop if you like. There may be times where you need to travel across our operating area to support the people team with events and meetings as the business requires.
**What’s in it for me**
We invest in our colleagues because we know if they have a better day at work, the service our customers receive will be better. The Aster Offer is our offer to our colleagues to ensure they have a great day at work and includes things like:
- Flexible working - whilst some roles need to be carried out in a specific place at a specific time, where possible we encourage our colleagues to work to their own schedule at a location that suits them, their team and our business’ needs
- A focus on colleague wellbeing - workshops, an employee assistance programme offering counselling and support, virtual GP services, mental health training and a health cash plan
- We invest in colleagues’ careers and development through our leader and colleague development frameworks
- Defined Contribution Pension and attached life assurance
- Volunteering hours available to all colleagues to enable them to give back
- Savings at cinemas, gyms, holidays, days out, various shops and eateries and lots more
- Enhanced leave
- We celebrate colleagues who go above and beyond with a range of personalised recognition initiatives, and monthly and annual awards.
