Baker - Cookies & Brownies

Are you a talented and enthusiastic baker with a flair for creating mouthwatering gooey brownies and cookies Look no further We are seeking a dedicated Baker to join our passionate team and bring joy to our customers through the art of baking.

This role is for a solo shift baker who will be working unsupervised.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide variety of delicious brownies and cookie desserts following our tried-and-tested recipes.
- Ensure the highest quality of baked goods by carefully measuring ingredients, monitoring baking times, and maintaining consistent standards.
- Showcase creativity by experimenting with new flavors, fillings, and decorations to delight our customers' taste buds.
- Keep a keen eye on inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure a well-stocked and organized bakery.
- Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe and clean baking environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a skilled baker, demonstrating expertise in various baking techniques and styles.
- Knowledge of baking equipment and tools, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and maintain them.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
- Passion for baking, an eye for detail, and a dedication to delivering exceptional products to our valued customers.
